We're alive and well

I know it's been awhile, but it has been busy around here. First things first Brandon is home! Whoo hoo! All the late nights with the girls trying to get everything together for homecoming turned out great. I think it was a nice homecoming even though we weren't allowed on the pier, but that is another blog and I'm not going there today!

School has been crazy, it is my last week of child development, so I have to finish my final paper by Saturday, everyone of you knows me and I wont start it till Saturday afternoon if I'm lucky. The problem with that is that I will be in Washington for my mom's birthday dinner, so I NEED to get it done before Friday cause that is when I fly out. I'll keep you posted on how that goes.

Let's get you caught up with us since Brandon is on leave...Well we watched some friends little ones so they could go to sub ball, that has actually been the highlight on his leave! We got out of the house and took them all to Boomers in hopes that they would get worn out and pass out when we got back home, dumb roll please.....IT WORKED! The girls stayed up an extra 30 minutes or so than the boys but they all went to bed without any major issues. Other than that we have played Guitar Hero, let me rephrase that, Brandon has played Guitar Hero, from the moment he wakes up till after I go to bed. I fall asleep to the sounds of Guitar Hero and for any of you that have played know that it make that screeching sound when you miss a cord, well lucky ole me gets to here that all day long!

I haven't blogged about Hannah having Hailey! She was born April 10th 6.5lbs and 17.25 inches Little thing! I will post pictures of all the events later. Just wanted to let y'all know that were doing okay.

Ring Ring

Hello?

Hey, what's up?

Not much, you?

Not much...silence

After 56 days of not talking you would have thought that there would have been something said that was magical or at least exciting, but of course boring Ol' Brandon and me had nothing much to say. But hey at least I finally got to hear his voice! He also got to hear the deadly screams that comes out of Gavin's mouth. He was like WTF is that and when I had to tell him that it was his youngest child and that I couldn't wait to hand him over, he just laughed. I'm off to finish my homework so we can maybe have an actual conversation next time he calls.

Almost!

I can't tell you that dates, since the military has it top secret, area 51, phone tapping, car tailing, secret agent classified, but what I can say it that Brandon is almost home from deployment! Woohoo! We are so excited and can't wait! I wrote out my to do list today and I have to get busy if I want everything to be perfect for him once he gets back here. Of course there is the housing cleaning, car detailing, but as for me there is hair, nails, tan, outfit to be worked on and that doesnt come easy! :) I'll keep you posted once he gets back, until then here are some pictures of the day he left.
